Messy Bear often unwittingly makes a huge mess out of everything he tries to do and also loves food and cooking. He is greedy with a large appetite.

He has periwinkle fur and has a silly-faced whirlwind as his belly symbol.

Messy Bear is one of three new characters introduced in The Care Bears' Season 2 Episode 3 & Big Wish Movie in 2004-05.
